A renovation that turned a 1980s home into a beautifully modern prairie classic. The floor-plan was upgraded. The finishes were updated. The function has been optimized for a growing family.
What We Did
New white paint on the walls. New engineered hardwood floors. Re-framing some walls & doorways to allow for improved flow from room to room & custom built-in cabinetry instead of standard closets where it matters most. All of that became the perfect backdrop for this gorgeous cabinetry to shine - aesthetically & functionally - in this renewed home. Minimal yet classic finishes with a hint of fun in the laundry room - where the cabinets were painted sage green. A walk-through pantry with extra dry & bulk food storage, a secondary fridge, and a chic coffee bar complete with it’s own sink & dish washer drawer.
