Retainer Agreement
Cucina Bella Ltd. reserves the right to request a Design Retainer Payment beyond initial project presentation & quotation. This is a non-refundable fee of $2,500 + gst that goes towards the purchase of your cabinetry and secures our commitment to your project. Once the Design Retainer is paid, project progress becomes more efficient by allowing for a site-visit & measure, the release of design drawings, and revisions to design drawings & pricing.
